My goal as nutritionist is to motivate you to reach a better work-life-balance and a higher performance with your personal and holistic nutrition concept.

For more than 15 years, I worked as a sales and account manager in an international finance and IT environment. Thus, I am well aware of the challenges and expectations that we face in our professional lives. For some time now, competitive sport has again been important in my life. However, staying healthy, energetic and fit while dealing with the challenges of working life is not always easy.

To find my own long-term work-life balance, I started to delve into nutrition and naturopathy about ten years ago. During this period, I have tried many different nutrition methods and specialised in trends in nutrition, superfoods and brain foods. During this time, I have been able to observe remarkable changes and improvements in everyday life and sport with myself, my friends, acquaintances and clients.

Over the years, my enthusiasm has become a passion that I have now turned into my profession.
